The last refuge of smoking indoors in Iowa businesses has been the casinos. So, of course, the Democrats are at it again to close the
Casino Loophole. My opinion is, you pay the stupid tax, you get to smoke. I know the bar owners hate it, so they keep trying to pull other frogs back into the boiling pot. On the other had, counties own several casinos, and the government gets their share off of increased profits at all casinos.
