Nice healthcare to look forward to

A coworker uses the VA for his healthcare. Some of it is related to injuries received in Iraq. You would think someone would want to make the VA look good at this point in time. Instead of looking like a bunch of paper pushers that happen to be stuck in healthcare when their dream job is postal supervisor or pothole filler watcher. Just an observation of the care he recieves. Sure, once in a while, he runs across someone who cares. Doesn't happen very often.

Going without care is normally better than trying to get care from them in my experience.

Gutting out the pain is interesting.

I guess I have been very lucky. I get excellent care from the VA.

I'm in the pain management stage of my treatment. This is as good as it will ever be healing wise.

Thanks to the war on some drugs I have to sit for an entire day to get week's supply of pills that take the edge off.

Losing a week day every week isn't sustainable for me.
