How not to celebrate Memorial Day

Scum have been stealing the American flags from the Masonic Cemetery in Des Moines. They did it on Friday and again on Saturday. At least the second time, the caretakers claim to have video. For what good that will do.

Hell has frozen over

The Des Moines Register endorsed Romney. Says he has a fresh economic vision. On the other hand, Romney is barely a conservative, and a bunch of wussies like the Register damn sure know it.

Reading on, it boils down to this- okay, us commies have had our fun, but the gravy train WILL end if somebody doesn't slow the economic free fall the the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is in no hurry to stop.

So it costs 150 bucks to not support Fauxcahontas

If you are in a union, anyway. You know, that organization you joined to protect you from the "rich owners."



Sounds like money well spent. Wonder if you can claim that on your taxes.

Rumor: blind shiek to be returned?

What in the holy hell is this, kill an American, win a prize month? Between the pathetic scapegoat they have now (ohs noes, we can't defend someone convinced of fraud once. /but no one was left to speak for me) and the hilarious doublespeak coming out of the administration over the weekend, this would not surprise me in he least. ( yes, the Libyans want to put a positive spin on their country, but the videos do jibe more with them than with our horse shit appeasement strategy) That is all I've got, I'll go grumble in the corner for awhile.

Canada is very low key

Apparently they are having a severed body part problem, but the kicker is at the end:


Since 2007 on the western coast of Canada, about a dozen severed feet encased in shoes have washed up on beaches near Vancouver, along the southern Georgia Strait and off Washington state in separate incidents. Most of the remains are unidentified, although investigators said at least two of the feet belong to men who were reported missing.
In previous cases, police said it appeared the feet separated from bodies naturally in the water and foul play wasn't suspected.


Wait, what? So how did they get there? No foul play suspected. Do people just cut off their feet and throw them in the water in Vancouver?
