Anybody got a good tinfoil hat design?
Mine sucks.
Part of me wants to think this is to keep used MRAPs out of the wrong hands. And that the MRAPs will be dumped on local PDs to give the local Navistar dealersheadaches business. And all 1.6 billion rounds the DHS is buying is going to be shot off a balcony somewhere used in training.
