To be ignored by Presidential decree
I remember when I made nine pound loaded AR's...Then Harvey made her Platoon carbine that was six and change loaded.It ruins the perspective it does.
I knew if the barrel was .750" that far out, it was a lost cause for weight. Even Noveske 16" barrels run 31 oz. 8.5" barrels are 20 oz or so.
Well, then you need a bipod!
