Colorado bans shotguns that can accept tube extenders

The insipid law Colorado Democrats are foisting on their subjects limits shotguns to 8 rounds or "are readily converted to accept more than 8 rounds." Say, why are shotguns subjected to a random lower limit? It would ban my 870. Don't tell the Dems that you can buy stubby shotgun shells that make any shotgun into a "high capacity" shotgun. Wait, they know and will use those when checking for "high capacity" so they can mint new felons.
