Feinstein has PTSD

So this whole time Diane had been trying to ban guns because she has PTSD. Now it all makes sense. Maybe lawmakers with PTSD shouldn't be allowed more than a symbolic vote. And treat bills that they introduce with a "that's nice, honey" attitude. Legislating laws is dangerous, those things can go off and kill people.

From the article:

"Let me just make a couple of points in response -- one, I'm not a sixth grader," she said. "Senator, I've been on this committee for 20 years. I was a mayor for nine years. ... I saw people shot."
Feinstein was a San Francisco city official when supervisor Harvey Milk was fatally shot in 1978. She was also behind the previous assault-weapons ban, which expired nearly a decade ago.

Wait, PTSD was caused be George Bush and the Iraq war, according to Feinstein:

The problem with expanding this is that, you know, with the advent of PTSD, which I think is a new phenomenon as a product of the Iraq War, it’s not clear how the seller or transferrer of a firearm covered by this bill would verify that an individual was a member, or a veteran, and that there was no impairment of that individual with respect to having a weapon like this.

So I guess she thinks she doesn't have PTSD, because her  "you weren't there, man" moment happened in the 1970s.

" I've been on this committee for 20 years."

And that is 15 years too ong. She should be a walking billboard for term limits.
