Let the government sell it. So they sell a Pepsi for $2, but it costs Amtrak $3.40 each? How do you screw that up? Does the train stop each time someone wants a Pepsi, and they pay someone to drive to 7-11 one at a time? Seriously, who has the food contract?
And a $16 cheeseburger, sold for $9.50? Our local BBQ joint lists a burger for $16. Guess what, it has a whole pork tenderloin, and bacon on it too. If the Amtrak burger is better than a stale Quarter Pounder, I would be shocked.

I'm guessing someone is padding the ever loving crap out of the bills to the .gov. Maybe they are DOD Pepsi bottles. Something smells there.....
