Sounds like the police showed up to some jackass with a rifle shooting people over dog poop. Unfortunately, the shooter had the drop and cover on the officer. Vic Stacy (in video above) had a clear view of the shooter from 150+ yards away and put 5 in him while being shot at himself. This allowed the officer time to hit him with his AR as well.
Why isn't this national news? Lets see- killing people over dog poop- sensational. Using some kind of rifle, doesn't sound like a semi-auto so that is a strike against coverage. Stopped with the help of a citizen employing his own rifle, red flag, we can't have that. Damn proles might think they can build things themselves and defend themselves.

*Update: He made the shots with a pistol, not a rifle. Wow. I actually watched the entire video and didn't catch that. And he landed 4 hits on the shooter in the end.
