Medical centers usually block Caller ID. Battered women is usually the reason. (I would spoof the non emergency line of the local PD, just me)
Spent a day in the hospital a few weeks ago. I noticed some weird hits on my blog. The hospital wifi IP address reads as an entirely unrelated business several states away. Nice.
Of course, my cell phone changes IP based on towers used. Usually Denver. Love all the Colorado spam ads.
