Lawsuit over Aurora Theater shooting

Too bad the article doesn't mention the gun free zone aspect anywhere in it. If the theater wants to ban patrons from lawful carry, they should have more of a responsibility to provide security. Unfortunately, states aren't held responsible for the deaths of people in state legislated gun free zones. Government can choose to not be sued, unlike private businesses.
